Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)

Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) is the net present value of the future profit stream resulting from a customer relationship between a business and a customer or a group of customers, given in today's terminologies. It is similar to Customer Equity (CEQ) but is, however, more specifically focused on the lifetime interaction of customers with the firm.
