Internet “Call Me” Transaction
An Internet call me transaction is an outbound call initiated by a contact center representative. The contact center representative poses as the customer and verifies key information about the individual that will answer the call. Once all information is verified, the rep connects to the actual customer and then passes on benefit information based on their needs.
