Longest Available Agent (LAA) is a set of performance metrics that measures the amount of time a call has been queued until it is answered by an agent, including the length of time that agents spend speaking with customers. it also includes an estimate of the number of calls that are abandoned before they are answered. This measurement is commonly used in contact centers where there is one queue servicing multiple agents.
