Day Of Week Routing
Using Day of Week Routing will route all calls from a specific day of the week or range of days to one agent or group. It does not matter if it is an internal extension number or an external phone number that the extension is routed to. The purpose of Day Of Week Routing is so agents can then set various types of Do Not Disturb (DND) on their phones and only get certain types of calls during that time.
