Available State
Available State (or A-State for short) n. Literally, "the state of being available". Synonyms: Available, Reachable, OnCall, Standby Nothing happens in the contact center without involving agents. To maximize agent efficiency, queue times, and customer satisfaction it is very important to manage the agents availability status in order to respond to incoming calls in a timely fashion.
