A last-mile delivery center (LMSDC) or last-mile support center (LMSC), in the contact center industry, refers to a customer service contact center that provides order fulfillment and customer support. Last-Mile Delivery is also called front-end contact centers, multi-product call centers, back-end contact centers or multi-channel call centers.
