Shared Callback is an innovative call center technology that improves efficiency and performance by routing incoming calls to all operators, whether they are on the phone or not. Every callback request is acknowledged and confirmed with a text message that shows the callback number; if not answered, the inbound call is automatically forwarded to another operator in the same queue.
