Response Time is the time span between a customer contact and a final response to that contact. A good Response Time varies depending on the nature of contact. For example, an e-mail response may be given within 15 minutes while a telephone call may require at least one hour for resolution. The shorter the Response Time, the better the performance of your contact center.
