What is visible queue? Visible queue is the requirement for callers to be able to see the next available agent in their phone queue. Customers should be able to see if they are 2nd, 3rd or 4th in line and know how long it will take to be helped by an agent. They should know if there are 10 agents available or only 1 so they can decide what action to take next.
