Promotional Cadence

Promotional cadence in contact center is the number of calls required to shift a quarter of the contacts into the next stage of customer journey i.e. from awareness stage to consideration or from consideration to purchase or from post-purchase to referral. Promotional cadence can be affected by different customer journey factors like call recording, speech recognition and other difficult issues.
