QA (Quality Assurance) Evaluation Sheets are used to provide quality assurance information to the contact center manager or loss prevention associate on specific customer issues. The evaluation sheet is an aide to ensure that the contact center representative addresses each issue and resolves in a timely and professional manner, or provides pertinent and relevant information to the loss prevention associate for further investigation.
