Contact Center agents that support Anywhere Worker campaigns are called Anywhere Worker Agents (AWAs). AWAs are taking care of all the activities involved in a contact center campaign. The AWAs are often geographically distributed. The AWAs could be full-time employees, or they could be temps, freelancers or contract workers, depending on the nature of the campaign.
