Conferencing

Call center conferencing is a group communication process in which a number of agents participate in a conference call (typically with mute turned on) and share the same physical phone line at the same time. Call center conferencing allows multiple agents to take turns listening to calls. The conference can be conducted in either push-to-talk or hot microphone mode.
