Base Staff

Contact Center Definitions - Base Staff: This is the most entry level position at the contact center to the most senior supervisor. They usually manage a team of agents and assist other teams or supervisors in a large contact center. Managers are usually responsible for allocating their agents with different call types (Inbound, Outbound, Web chat and Survey etc.).
