Progressive Dialer
A progressive dialer, or auto dialer, is a telephone used to send out a recorded message to a list of phone numbers. It can also be used to make live calls, and collect information on the phone. In contact center parlance, it refers to an automated technology used to deliver automated marketing messages through the telephone.
