Call Barging

Call barging is when a caller doesn't clearly identify themselves in purpose of the call. Inbound rep must confirm that the caller is calling regarding technical support, billing, or one of the products under the company. If the company does not ask for any of these, then it becomes call barging and then it should be terminated.
